    • Identification and contact details you provide through our enquiry and newsletter forms — name, email address, telephone number and location.
    • The content of your enquiry, including property preferences, budget and timescale.
    • Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, where you have consented to analytics cookies.

    03Why we process your data

    • To respond to your enquiry and provide the real estate advisory services you have requested.
    • To send you market updates and new listings, where you have subscribed.
    • To meet our legal and accounting obligations in connection with property transactions.
    • To improve the website and understand how it is used.

    04Legal basis

    We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, and compliance with legal obligations.

    05Sharing your data

    We work in collaboration with other real estate agencies, developers and licensed professionals across the Costa del Sol. Where it is necessary to answer your enquiry, we may share your details with these partners.

    We also use service providers for website hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

    06Retention

    We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law following a transaction.

    To exercise any of these rights, write to legal@intrec.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

    • Rectification — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no longer a valid reason to retain it.
    • Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing, including direct marketing.

    • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
